Hi Tariq, we always strive to make things work for customers. In this case, an out-of-country billing address (all zeros were entered for zipcode) kept payment from being captured, however, it appears your bank authorized the purchase and held the funds in limbo. We understand the frustration of funds being held. Unfortunately, we would not be able to release funds that were never collected. For copyright, all screenprinters are accountable for due diligence on copyrights. Standard fare is a release from the holder. With a release, we are able to proceed. While it is rare that someone out of the US wants to ship within the US, we can accommodate this, but as our payment processor lacks the fields for international billing we would simply invoice you. If you want to move forward, reach out to our customer service team with a copyright release and we can get an invoice to you and ship domestically.

They charged me for a shirt which they refused to print for copyright reasons. First of all, I had paid the artist to use the image so there was no copyright issue. Second, I paid $20+ for a shirt which I never received. Design a Shirt was utterly useless in helping me get a refund. Im not sure how this company operates normally but Im very sure they took advantage of me knowing I was buying from outside the US at the time. Disappointing to say the least.

We have multiple businesses within our building and the employee you spoke with was not a DesignAShirt employee and was not aware of your issue/return. While our companies often distribute uniform apparel on behalf of businesses like the one you worked for, it is not frequent we get uniforms returned in used condition. We're very sorry if an employee's confusion came off as rudeness, that would certainly not be the intention. It sounds as though the return made it to the proper person and you have been refunded, which we are happy to hear. We wish you the best in the future.

Extremely extremely rude employee trying to return a shirt. I was told over email that I can ship them or drop them off and the employee with Grey hair was extremely rude. Was extremely passive aggressive and thought I was lying the entire time. Never again

Quality of the printing is good, but the requested design and the outcome of the product is not very accurate. I would just go to some other reliable supplier to print.
