We have multiple businesses within our building and the employee you spoke with was not a DesignAShirt employee and was not aware of your issue/return. While our companies often distribute uniform apparel on behalf of businesses like the one you worked for, it is not frequent we get uniforms returned in used condition. We're very sorry if an employee's confusion came off as rudeness, that would certainly not be the intention. It sounds as though the return made it to the proper person and you have been refunded, which we are happy to hear. We wish you the best in the future.
Extremely extremely rude employee trying to return a shirt. I was told over email that I can ship them or drop them off and the employee with Grey hair was extremely rude. Was extremely passive aggressive and thought I was lying the entire time. Never again
The entire process from start-to-finish with Design A Shirt was a 10/10 experience. We worked with Kaylee at the help desk and she was extremely helpful answering all of our questions and was patient with our back-and-forth on a bulk order. The design team created exactly what we wanted and did so with patience as well while we lined out exactly what we wanted our shirts to look like. We will absolutely be purchasing from Design A Shirt again!
