Edit: thank you so much for working with us to get this resolved. After the issue was cleared up I honestly felt they provided 5 star service I had high hopes going into the holiday season that I had purchased the best gifts for 3 of my kiddos. In December I went in looking to purchase a ride-on car for my soon to be one year old, as well as 2 hoverboards for a 7 and 6 year old. I had a specific budget and the manager was great in helping me be able to afford all 3 at that time. Unfortunately each product we bought had something wrong with it. We returned the car to the store and they helped fix a wiring issue. However the car has never properly charged since we put it together. The car also had chipped paint (this was an "upgrade"), and other small defects. All in all we give the car a 3.5, as it is only for a one year old. The hoverboards were Christmas gifts, that my girls have yet to enjoy. There was something wrong with the calibration and we took them into the store in early January. We have yet to get those back. Nor have we been given any updates or calls regarding the issue, beside the time I called to see what in the world was going one. I am so disappointed with this whole situation. I am hopeful I can update this review once the situation has been resolved.
