Visited the area and went to check out this place because it looked soooo good. Ordered a delish looking cinnabun and then as the order was being finalized a little voice in my head told me to ask more about the ingredients (b/c I have a soy allergy). Thank goodness I asked! The use of soy products isnt advertised on the menu AT ALL (that I saw). Turns out the cream cheese frosting is soy based and soy milk is used in the actual bun recipe. My partner ate what we ordered and loved it! I couldnt eat any. Id give more stars based on my partners enjoyment but informing customers of potential allergens is super important and they missed the mark on that. Went back a month or so later just to see about this so called allergy notice, based on the restaurants response. There was a very small sticker that referenced nut allergies only. The sticker isnt even on the menu where people would be looking while ordering. Didnt notify of anything else as I suspected. So again, those with allergies other than nuts, be careful here. P.S. Dear management, for future interactions, its not ok to assign a his pronoun to the term partner based assumption.

Saw this place while eating lunch the other day downtown. Stopped in today for breakfast. It was AMAZING! There are so many choices and each cinnamon roll tastes just likes what you are expecting! This was such a treat! Wish we had one in Shreveport/ Bossier city Louisiana! If you are in San Antonio you gotta stop here.

First time we went here it was good. Stopped by to try it out. Second time, meh! Way too much butter in the frosting. Cinnamon roles were ok.
