Sales process went well. We bought the Allstate Platinum Protection Plan for scratch and dings. Porsche Atlanta Perimeter now tells me that they can't help me. We had 2 appointments before, both were canceled, now they won't even schedule the service. The warranty is still in force.

Mr. Boyd, We sincerely apologize for not assisting you in a timely manner on Saturday morning. We make every possible effort to assist everyone who visits us, and we would never purposefully not help someone for any reason who takes the time to come to our dealership. Assistance to clients can be delayed at times when all of our Brand Ambassadors are with clients with appointments or clients who may have arrived before you, but even if that were the case when you arrived Saturday morning, one of our Brand Ambassadors or managers should have noticed you out on the lot, walked out to greet you and let you know we would be providing assistance as soon as one of our Brand Ambassadors became available and in the meantime, you could browse the inventory or come inside to our café where we could offer you a beverage or snack. I apologize that that didnt happen. Although we do not deserve a second chance for not assisting you properly the first time you came to us, if you were to give us another opportunity, I will personally guarantee you will be helped as soon as you arrive. I stopped by today 8/21/21 at 10:50 AM. I parked right upfront and I walked around the lot for 20 minutes. No one came out to greet me or even say hello. I think that is horrible customers service or really a lack thereof. I understand inventory is low everywhere but they have two Cayennes on the lot that I was interested in so I wanted to know the differences and I wanted to get their professional opinion on which options were worth the additional cost. No one should be pre-judged and ignored, but the saddest part is I'm already a Porsche guy. I have had 3 and I bought my current one used a few years ago for a track car. I have never bought a car from this dealership but we had to order parts from this dealership for my second Porsche back when it was Jim Ellis. I'm thinking of upgrading my Lexus RX to a Cayenne, obviously this dealership is not interested in my business but thankfully there is another dealership in Atlanta and if they treat me the same way I guess I will have to drive up to Chattanooga. I've heard good things from a another member of PCA about the one in Chatt but I would rather buy here and Perimeter is closest to me. I sure hope one of these other dealers still values customers the way my company values each and everyone of our clients and potential clients. I hate to write negative reviews but what happened to me today was pathetic.

We were searching across the Southeast for the right CPO Panamera. You are 100% correct about us needing to have come to your assistance sooner when you were looking at vehicles on our lot, or at the very least we should have greeted you sooner and if no one was available at that time, to let you know we would get someone with you as soon as possible. The front desk Brand Ambassadors are assigned to that location to answer incoming calls, and to watch the lot for clients who need help, so a manager can help find assistance. At times, we are unable to assist walk-in clients immediately if all Brand Ambassadors are already helping guests or are with previous appointments, but we should have greeted you sooner, and given you a time expectation of when you could be assisted. We try our best to help everyone as promptly as possible, but we do fall short at times. Poor service; stopped in to look at cars and mistakingly went to wrong entrance. Front desk staff sat and watched me knock on the side door from inside and didnt help or redirect me at all. Proceeded to look at cars on the lot by myself anyway and then went inside to try to get assistance. Someone from front desk finally spoke to me and sat me down to talk about potential cars. Wasnt offered a test drive that day which was odd and front desk guy who was helping me was busy on the phone with another customer while trying to help me. Overall poor experience. I will take my business and hard earned money to Porsche Alpharetta.
