Ordered a hat online for $29.99 and paid $15 for expedited shipping. Three days after the original delivery date and I STILL dont have the hat. Tried contacting them to at least get a refund on the shipping charges, but everything is automated so I cant get through. Very frustrating that I had to pay 50% more for a hat that I didnt get any more quickly than regular shipping.
We agree the current selection is not ideal. This situation is due to supply chain challenges. We have hundreds of jerseys on order (multiple players) but have no control over when they will be delivered.

When trying to call the store, they dont seem to answer the phone, and the one time they did they abruptly hung up. Ive tried for days and have even left messages for them to call me back. I dont want to drive the 2 hours out there and 2 hours back if they dont have what Im looking for in stock.
