The situation you describe sounds frustrating and is not in line with how we operate and the support we provide. We routinely expedite replacement components when a warranty situation is encountered. However, without further information it would be difficult for us to respond here to your concerns. Please call us directly at 317-286-3573 and we would be happy to speak with you. For your reference; all turbochargers that have a core charge contain all of the necessary paperwork in the box with the product with clear instructions on how to return the core. We also publish all of this information on our website under the Resources section. What a disappointment their Turbo and customer service has been. We bought one 6 months ago and when it came to returning the core, They wouldn't tell me where to send it after a bunch of back and forth so there was a loss of money. Then the new Turbo blew up at the 6 month mark, leaving me and my family stranded on a major highway on Thanksgiving weekend. We finally get them after 3 weeks of my vehicle being stranded 2 states away from home and thousands of dollars to get our family home safe to send a new one, but wait it will be another 3 weeks! Are you kidding me, the mechanic shop was able after a threat of a lawyer to get them to send overnight... yet that didn't even happen, it showed up 5 days later. Great finally it is here, oh wait they forgot a component that cost 1k dollars, oh they will overnight it, Heard that before so here I sit 2 state away from home because it was supposed to be done yet again out hundreds of dollars and it still isn't here. They will not cover labor costs for the mechanic shop and who knows what that will be. VERY VERY disappointed in the customer service I have received with this company!

I dont have enough good things to say, flat out amazing customer service, Nathan and the whole team is awesome! Got me taken care of and my power stroke on the road again. Will be recommending to anyone I can. They went above and beyond to help solve a few small issues. 6.7 ford cheetah turbo is amazing!
