For your reference; all turbochargers that have a core charge contain all of the necessary paperwork in the box with the product with clear instructions on how to return the core. What a disappointment their Turbo and customer service has been. We bought one 6 months ago and when it came to returning the core, They wouldn't tell me where to send it after a bunch of back and forth so there was a loss of money. Then the new Turbo blew up at the 6 month mark, leaving me and my family stranded on a major highway on Thanksgiving weekend. We finally get them after 3 weeks of my vehicle being stranded 2 states away from home and thousands of dollars to get our family home safe to send a new one, but wait it will be another 3 weeks! Are you kidding me, the mechanic shop was able after a threat of a lawyer to get them to send overnight... yet that didn't even happen, it showed up 5 days later. Great finally it is here, oh wait they forgot a component that cost 1k dollars, oh they will overnight it, Heard that before so here I sit 2 state away from home because it was supposed to be done yet again out hundreds of dollars and it still isn't here. They will not cover labor costs for the mechanic shop and who knows what that will be. VERY VERY disappointed in the customer service I have received with this company!
I ordered a plug from this website, and they did inform me that the item was on back order- which wasn't an issue! 3 weeks later I called them to see when the product would be back in stock and the person on the phone told me that it would ship out to ME the next day. Here I am 2 weeks later and I was just informed that the item will not be in stock until next month (2 weeks from now). They are issuing me a refund. Which is great and all, but ultimately I was lied to. Not impressed at all.
