Alenco replaced our shower and did a fantastic job in less than 2 days. Our entire experience was awesome from no pressure sales, to front office keeping us informed through the process and the great installers that kept our home clean during the process. I give them our highest recommendation if you need a new shower, they are top notch and very reasonably priced!
Almost a year ago we entered a contract with Alenco to replace all our windows. They did , but in doing so they damaged some of the new windows, and damaged some of our furniture. The first day on the job they showed up late and then after only two hours they went to lunch and did not return for a little over two hours. The crew of three, only two brought tool belts and one of them did not really appear as having much knowledge of what he was doing. The third man had no tool belt and ran back and forth borrowing tools from the other two. At one point they even asked to borrow tools from me to do the job. They did make good on my damaged furniture but it was not without numerous phone calls to complain. Now as for the last window damaged I'm still waiting for that to be fixed, but all that has happened is SEVERAL calls complaining about it on my part and even more excuses from them as to why. However I must give them credit. They are getting very creative with reasons they can't complete the job. We are now at the point of transferring my call to somebody who is never at their desk and never returns calls. My wife and I are at this time considering a large 4'x 8' sign in our front yard about our experience with ALENCO. If there is anything else we can come up with to show our feelings about the service we got with ALENCO we will consider it.
