We ordered windows in early February of 2021. It took quite awhile (June) for the windows to arrive, which we understood due to COVID. Our old windows were taken out and disposed of...but the new ones didn't fit. The team apologized and wedged them into the openings as well as they could, and remeasured. They explained that the man that did the measuring the first time was fired and no longer worked for the company. Months went by with no communication from the company. When my husband finally called, they said that the individuals who installed the first set of windows never ordered the next set, and that they no longer worked for the company either. They sent someone out to measure for the third time. When this set of windows came in they called and set up a time for install; I took the day off of work. They called the morning of the install and canceled. The second set of windows were installed the next week... they didn't fit. The windows were measured for the fourth time. Installation was scheduled, then cancelled due to weather. Over a year after we ordered them, they were finally installed correctly. The owner did give us a very modest discount for our trouble. That was a couple weeks ago. Already I have received multiple texts and emails demanding immediate payment (I have proof from my bank that the payment is already being processed). Choosing Alenco was a huge mistake.

Frank gave an honest assessment. Inspected two doors I thought might need replaced or worked on. He did not recommend they need work at this time. I appreciate the integrity.

Alenco came for the appointment today, he was late, and then would not give me a proposal as I asked. I have several proposals and sat through many "demos". He demanded that I sit though another demo of his window for 1 hour. When I said I know how the windows are made, he refused to give me a proposal. I then said I would look at his window but not for an hour, and I wanted to think it over and then walked out of the house. He wanted me to sign right then and there without even letting me get another proposal to compare. I am only buying windows not investing in wall street stocks. What a scam. Is this how Alenco treats their customers?
