Unfortunately, I had some damage occur in a stairwell during a mattress delivery, however, the Operations Manager Gary did an excellent job at making things right. The way I was treated by Gary and Pilot after having this unfortunate event occur would bring me back to do business with them again. They went above and beyond picking up where the store with which the original purchase was made did not.

Theyve had my television for two weeks now and have failed to deliver it three times. The first time they just didnt show up. The second time apparently the driver showed up (They gave me a window from 3-7PM) the driver showed up at 10:50AM while I was at the dentist. So I rescheduled for a third time only for them to call my roommate (I will not miss anymore work for them) and say their truck had broken down. So I called customer service again, to try and see why nobody else could make the delivery etc. He threatened to hang up on me, talked over me very disrespectfully, and said hed advise me to call the driver himself? So now not only am I still waiting for my delivery but I have to do their job, verifying Ill actually get my delivery. Terrible company and customer service. Trash
