Had experience with West Camp. No response to my emails for days. I would give 0 star. They mentioned they are the best in Ohio... Em??? The product is not a good quality (see previous comment). Never doing business with them!!! Service??? Find other printing companies in Columbus.
Lelema18, I am sorry you had a bad experience with your Graduation Banner. Also, I wanted to let you know that we have addressed the issue that you had with our Customer Service Representative. Thank you for making us aware of the matter. You are correct, we reviewed are inventory from our vendor and the poles were drilled incorrectly this year. If you would email us at [email protected], we would be more than happy to replace the poles and/or refund your money.
I ordered a graduation banner for my daughters graduation. I received the package and according to the directions there were supposed to be holes in the middle of each pole. The holes were not drilled where they were supposed to be prompting me to call this company. I was told that to cut costs they shortened the poles because they had to ship everything due to Covid-19. No where on the order form does it say they were modifying the product. The instructions are not clear nor are there any diagrams or instructional videos provided. It would seem that a company such as this would be more detail oriented when it pertains to the DIY products they sell. If your going to cut corners to save money make sure you thoroughly communicate that before someone places an order. To add insult to injury Melanie at WestCamp was more upset at my frustration than being concerned about what they had done. The audacity. My family member who called first said that she was told by Melanie that several people had called in saying asking the same question. I was not the only one. They do business with too many schools in the area. Do better. Details. **********UPDATE***********UPDATE**********UPDATE************ I had the opportunity to speak with the Executive Vice President Mr. Chip H. and he turned this entire experience around to the positive. He personally corresponded with me and provided the supplies I needed to erect the sign. He also advised me that customer service training would be provided for the employee representative that I had the negative experience with. There is something to be said about people who still care about good customer service. Mr. H understands this and maybe that is why he is the EVP. He gets it! Thank you. 1 star is now 4.
