Had experience with West Camp. No response to my emails for days. I would give 0 star. They mentioned they are the best in Ohio... Em??? The product is not a good quality (see previous comment). Never doing business with them!!! Service??? Find other printing companies in Columbus.

Low quality products with extreme waste make this company unable to be competitive and also having terrible leadership to direct or train its staff makes it a place you would'nt call a career this company has terrible scores on glass door as well proving more management problems stay away from doing bussiness with this company!

I've worked with WestCamp for the past 14 years on a wide variety of printing needs (direct mail, posters, signage, etc.) In all that time, I have had all positive experiences. They truly care about their customers and have gone above and beyond on too many occasions to count. I would strongly recommend them if you're looking for a company that not only produces high-quality materials but also has top notch customer service.

I needed to follow up on a purchase order we placed with the company. I called first location on the website. I repeated myself 4 times and this guy didn't know what I was talking about. He took my number and had the rep call me back. She was not very friendly and wondered why I called the other number. I told both of them, I was just handling the account in the interim. They both seemed very put off, to do any extra effort. I am not used to being asked 40 questions to get a simple ship date on a PO. I hope we don't do any more business with this company.
