worst company ever. If a technician comes out and mis diagnoses the problem they will not let you have them come back out, you have to pay for another service request each time so you may be paying for things that are not even wrong. I have paid this for years and hardly use it and they are the worst ever. there is a reason they are not ranked very high and I just found out why.

It was a waste of my time. I learned how to diagnose my washing machine, gave them the error codes. They were going to send some one to assess, but not bring any parts. I knew what needed to be replaced. Told the appliance repair what needed to be replaced and the error codes. They said they don't come with parts. They have to assess on their own. I don't have time to take multiple appointments off of work. I bought the $25 dollar part myself and replaced it myself. I saved myself time. My deductable would have been $85. In all, I saved myself $50 in total. My washer is now fixed, working just fine.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This warranty company is a joke. We have been paying for it for 7 years. We have had issues with our AC for the last 4 of those. They keep repairing only minor things here and there but never fix the problem. We had someone come out a couple of weeks ago. His entire diagnosis was a lie. In short he said the issue was something that wasnt covered and we would have to pay out of pocket, almost $1k, to fix that just so he could complete the diagnosis to get to the part the warranty covered. We called FAHW, they told us we had to get our own tech to come out and give us a 2nd opinion, we did. We had now been without air for almost 2 weeksin Mayin Texas! Turns out we have a leak, the line was clogged, the condenser was frozen, and the evaporator coils need replaced. We went ahead with the refrigerant just so we could sleep! Called the warranty back and not only will they not reimburse us for the Freon (which is covered) but they will not fix anything else b/c the air is working. We would have to wait on the AC to break down again before they would do anything. Anything being send another tech out that would say the problem isnt covered so we would have to pay out of pocket. And further, everyone you talk to is in another country and you can hardly understand them and they read from a script so you are wasting your breath! Unbelievable! Cancelling this waste of my money!
