Ma'am, I am afraid you have the wrong business. We screen print and embroider shirts as well as sublimate images onto polyester T-shirts. I just checked with all of my employees and we do not recall you coming in and even asking about this. Hope you have a good day.

my only suggestion is have they write the script or font you choose to show you what it will look like before you have a favorite shirt ruined like I did .....no only did i paid 20$ for a tee shirt I brought in with me I paid them 8 or 13 dollars for red sparkle letters only to have my name on the back , my name is Tina but on my shirt it says Tima ???? an employee said it's the font I choose ! just saying double check .

Hey Elissa. Sorry you had this experience. In our notes on the work order it says that we did offer you a 15% discount on your future purchase. I'd be happy to email you that information. One of the things that is difficult in situations like this is when different people pick up the items than place the order. I believe someone else picked up this order as I don't believe I've had the opportunity to talk to you about the order. I have used this business for years. Typically for school and individual printing requests. My husband's business recently used them. We brought in some hoodies. The hoodies were misprinted. I went back the following day and spoke with Jackie who did not even get up from her desk. I reached across the front desk to explain the mishap. She immediately got defensive, made me feel like I was in the wrong and told me the hoodies were printed that way, because that's how businesses usually get them printed... she then said that Ryan (who is fantastic) would call us about the issue. Never heard from him. I went back in to hopefully get the issue resolved. She told me that he said he would give us a discount (but she would not put it in writing or could not guarantee it) And then said the best way to reach Ryan would be to give him a call? I then explained that we were out 6 hoodies and 75 dollars and without skipping a beat, she said the lady who brought in the hoodies told her that what was printed is what was requested. The lady was me, and that is not what I requested. I understand that they cannot replace the hoodies since we provided them but I never got an apology. I never got a follow up phone call and I never got a discount. I am very unhappy with the lack of professionalism and care Jackie provided and we will not return.
