I went to about 4 different embroidery stores who told me they couldn't embroider 3 small initials on a large Klein Tool Bag before I came to this location. Bruce is amazing. Simply put. He was not only able to get the tool bag embroidered, but he did it in the exact font and color I wanted, at an extremely affordable price and in a timely fashion. The day I went to pick up the bag, it snowed heavily and he was still able to get the bag to me on the day he promised. Thank you Bruce!!
