My mothers rogue had a recall she dropped it off and also requested they shaved her key down. Davet Cabrera assisted her in checking in. Picking the vehicle up Bob tried to tell my mother he wasnt going to give her the keys to her vehicle At the time of pick up because they made her a new FOB. We then brought Davet around to ask him ourself and bobs lyin self face to face . She never requested a new fob she requested for the key to be shaved down on her current fob that she already had. He refuses to answer the question bob the manager who was very racist made comments how we didnt want to pay and thats what this all was about. well of course she didnt want to pay for something the didn't ask for thats common sense. Bob took it upon himself to tell her her that she will not be able to get her vehicle back until she pays them $400. However they lack communication with each-other so bad the other worker who had no idea whT was going on handed us they key. They lack communication Davet lied they are con artists and scam ppl DONT GO HERE and they never even shaved they key down lmao And we most definitely got our vehicle back try somebody else !

Where do I start... Pros: They have the car that I want Cons: Come to this dealership expecting a 50% markup to the online price. I understand that times are difficult considering the car market but that is not an excuse in making a $22k car sell for $32k. This was going to be my first car purchase and they wanted to take full advantage of me. When I saw the price I called family to ask if this was the norm and when my salesman realized that I was not satisfied with the price and was not going to make the purchase his entire mood changed. He made fun of my math (which I was correct in the end btw) and also mocked me for calling my family and not making the purchase on my own. I left absolutely furious of the entire experience. I still believe that the worst part of the process was the car trade in process. I had my car evaluated for value and received a decent offer for it. Even with the trade in the price was still out of pocket for me. After saying no to the offers of 3 DIFFERENT people I asked for my car keys so I could get on with my day. They refused to give me my car keys. Every time I asked for them they would tell me they would go fetch them and some other salesperson would come to offer me the exact same deal but with different payment terms. I had to go to the front desk and refuse to sit down so that they would give me my keys. Lastly, they refuse to give you the full price of the car up front. They want to sell it to you through "low" monthly payments which they create with more cash up front or longer payment terms. They offered me a 7 year deal! Who wants to be paying for the same car for seven years?!?!?! In the end, save your time and money. I would recommend either wait a few months for prices to go down or go to a more honest dealership because these guys will not give you the respect that you deserve as a customer. P.S. They tried to apply pressure on the sale process by saying that there was someone behind me trying to buy the car. I realized it was a lie when I noticed that there was not a SINGLE person looking for used cars that day. Be careful of these tactics if you decide to come here.

Seeing as though this is my second time with a bad encounter here and it has ONLY being my second time here , is really frustrating. I called the other day and spoke to Priscilla in the scheduling department , while trying to explain to her I have Nissan insurance/warranty and Ive already had my car fully diagnose so I didnt understand why I had to pay for one when I already know whats wrong with my car. She then replies Well is Auto zone fixing your car I dont think so that is SO UNPROFESSIONAL , RUDE AND BEYOND ME ! I can not stand someone who has a rude attitude but decided to clock in for work. Its crazy because when I asked her for her name and information she started to become sweet nice and calm smh too late .
