This dealership is very nice. Marcus helped me find the right vehicle for me, he did not give up until he found the right one. i was there for car recall and after arrive. the service man he treated me with 0 respect. like hes doing me a favor to fix the car. he was very rude and non professional at all. not recommended to deal with this dealerships. i took my car and left.

The service department team are ridiculous and very rude. They called me two days ago due Warranty Recall for 2013 Nissan Sentra at 6/10 12pm. They don't care about any customer. Treat the customers very bed and careless. I asked one of the employees. Where is the manager office. He said (there's 4 gates you can use any one) he meant get out. Even the service department manager doesn't care. When I found his office. He said I will take care of that. He was listening to all that conversation from the beginning but he didn't say anything When I get to that point I felt like I'm at high school. Not a dealership.
