Giving a 3 star because the staff are very friendly!! BUT I decided to go somewhere else due to them not taking my insurance, when I went to the new dr he asked to see my glasses to scan the prescription, he came back and said okay so youre here for reading glasses... wrong, I can see perfectly fine up close and distance was my issue, we did the rest of the exam and number wise everything was about the same as the exam here but It was supposed to be - not + My vision isnt that bad so I just havent been wearing my glasses since I never really thought they did much and now I know why. Very disappointed since Ive gone here twice and spent a lot of money on the exams (out of pocket) and for glasses for a prescription that wasnt right.
I'm sorry you had this experience. We have been requiring appointments for all visits for over a year now. Respectfully, I think you may have called another optical the day before. I have looked through our phone logs and there aren't any calls from either your or your wife's phone number on that day. If you could please check your phone and let me know the day and time of the call, I will then be able to speak to the staff working at that time. I have already spoken to all the team members to be sure wrong information is given out again.

They have the worse customer service. I called a day before for an appointment to drop off my daughter's frame and they said no need for an appointment, when we got there they changed their mind and did not allow us to drop off the frame because we need an appointment to do so. one year ago, I did an eye exam and the doctor gave me a new prescription, after I purchased new glasses I returned explaining that I'm not doing well with the new glasses, after a day, the doctor told her assistance to gave me my old prescription and I have to get back to my old glasses. the doctor did not bother herself to call me to explain what happened. she did not care that I paid a lot of money for lenses she prescribes, what a shame.

Simply AMAZING !!!!! I was in dire need of finding a new optometrist for my children . I am not too happy with the current one. Came across these guys and Im soooo happy that I did. I made an appointment for my 10 yr old and my 5 yr old for eye exams . Dr.Lippi was outstanding !!! Very relatable and made my children feel super comfortable. Must say I was very nervous because my son had never been to an eye doctor appointment but Dr.Lippi was phenomenal ! He began to have a meltdown but she won him over and was able to complete the full exam. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Overall, I had a great experience and lets just say that as soon as we left the building my children requested to permanently come here to be seen by Dr.Lippi

Although we are limiting the amount of people trying on frames due to COVID and our disinfecting procedures, you should not have been turned away for lack of insurance. In fact, it is more beneficial to us when our patients don't use insurance. I am very sorry this happened to you and your son.

Will not be back. Wouldn't let my 9 year old son even try on frames for his first glasses because they didn't think I had insurance (we do). Taking my business elsewhere.
