Dont Go! They badger their clients with spam emails and phone calls for more business
ZERO I would rate them ZERO. This is my second visit. So I had a great first visit. This time they had no respect for my time. 15 min after my appoint time I asked what was taking so long and the receptionist had no idea. I asked if Dr. Tran was even in the building and she responded saying she didn't know. I know that sometimes life can go sideways but when it does I expect to be updated so that I am made to feel as if my time is important too. But when the office management has no clue as to what is going on and my time is not being respected that shows me a leadership team that is not interested people just money.
Dr. Tran is AMAZING! Truly. I will never go to another Optometrist. I saw her last year for the first time after we moved to town and was very pregnant and she went out of the way to make me comfortable. She listens, is very knowledgeable and truly an absolute gem of a person. Dont go anywhere else, dont see anyone else. All of that and a cool mural with a funny coozie!
I ordered my contacts a couple of days ago and I got the call and text stating my contact were ready. (6/10/2021) and I pack my kids up not even 15 mins later to come pick them up. I get here and the location is closed. They are closed all day today so I'm wondering why did I receive the text and vm? This actually was upsetting and a hassle. I will be picking up my contacts when I can (I already paid) and will not be coming back. This is not the first I convenience I had here.
