If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Extremely poor customer service. I was told I wouldnt be charged for a follow-up appointment when booking for a correction, and when I got done with the appointment they charged for a diagnosis. Go elsewhere!
The offices customer service has steadily gone down hill the last few months. Yesterday I called for a contact refill, was put on hold for 15 mins. I had to hang up and call back. When receptionist answered she gave me a lame excuse about why she forgot me with no apology. So sad as the standards here have been historically very high
Ive been going to this eye doctor since I was in middle school and when its time for my yearly exam, I receive the best experience ever. Its nothing but good customer service and I never have to wait long to be seen.
