Went in with six garments, wanting my small logo put on. Have worked with these folks for years. Given a cost of $405! For six small logos, small flags (1"). Wow! Took my stuff and left. Won't be back.
Amy we want every customer to be happy which is our goal for every customer. The jacket that actually caused an issue in screen print resulted in us switching the decoration process to embroidery which resulted in the price change. I've placed 2 separate orders. While I'm thrilled with the quality of workmanship. Neither of my orders were completed within the planned deadline. My last order which is mostly complete and I have most of my products a few items have not been completed by the Nov 6 or 8th deadline and the 2nd date I was given to have my items completed passed today 11-27-19. This was the second promised date of my second order. I was informed that the main item hadn't even been started yet. I'm a bit bothered by this being as I was supposed to have this order nearly 3 weeks ago and even the 2nd deadline was not met. I was asked to pay my order in full. I refused to do so because of the late first order. I agreed to pay half and when it came time to pay the second half the total changed. Thanks for the nice products but I believe I will look for someone that can at least come close to the deadline.

My company in Houston needed graphics produced and installed at our new Indiana store. I'm so glad I found Pro Prints Gear. Their service was great and the cost was very competitive. We have had a rough time with our recent order. When I needed our senior plaques done they weren't ready. PPG's engraver got ingurued and nobody else was trained on the machines. They did come through with a last minute replacement with a promise of the original ones would be done in a few days. I called a week later and they said it would be done in a few days. Both times I was apologized to that nobody called me to let me know about delays, or updates,...and now my seniors will dispurse and go back home and I am left with the shipping of the plaques. I understand life interrupts and we just need to do the very best with what we got...but this has been an ongoing heart break. This is my most recent experience. I use PPG once or twice a year and although pricey, do a great job.
