I had made a phone call to request color stain that I bought through Home Depot store. The customer representative Alba that pointed out to be the manager of the store was very unhelpful. when I asked her to see, if there is any way that I can buy a touch up water base stain cherry color that match up the door that I bought from Maindoor. I was told no with dont have any stain for selling. the stain color was made up for that door is no longer available. She stated we just have touch up 4 oz. I had asked CR if she can send me one package of the 4 oz as courtesy. I was told no, when After I provided the Door purchaser order #. I was told the order its to old to request that. I told the CR how would you keep a relationship with a client if you dont have the willingness of providing a little help that wont hard anyway to the company. The way she handled the conversation was very rude. I was honestly told that if I have to speak Spanish I will do, so you can understand that I cant help you I had also asked if am I in a recording line I was told no. I told her that is the reason you provided a poor customer services. Customer services Alba, very rude, no customers services skills . Main Door never buy from this stores. The door were not properly stain, the stain was all over the glass, stain no evenly apply.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Junk products and miserable, non existent customer service. Ordered double, six panel entry doors. The doors they sent me were unfinished (no stain) around the perimeter of every panel inside and outside. They claim this is "normal" and not a defect so they would not do anything to fix them. Told me to touch up the perimeter of the 24 panels with stain myself. As you can imagine the doors look terrible and are an embarassment. Over $4,000 down the drain.

We ordered two mahogany speak easy doors and installed them. They are of excellent craftsmanship and quality. They look better in person than on the website.
