I'm not certain when you last shopped with us, however, orders usually ship within 1 business day unless you during a sale or order a pre-order item. Buttercream smelled rancid and did not have a seal on it. Emailed the company twice a week apart with no response. They decided to respond to said emails when I opened up a paypal claim against them almost a month later. Gave the bs excuse that both my emails some how ended up in the newsletter emails. Yea ok. Buyer beware. Shipping delays and lies. Been like this for years unfortunately. I really dont think Ill be purchasing again and its sad because the products are decent.
