Buttercream smelled rancid and did not have a seal on it. Emailed the company twice a week apart with no response. They decided to respond to said emails when I opened up a paypal claim against them almost a month later. Gave the bs excuse that both my emails some how ended up in the newsletter emails. Yea ok. Buyer beware. Shipping delays and lies. Been like this for years unfortunately. I really dont think Ill be purchasing again and its sad because the products are decent.
The skincare and brow service is awesome. I flew from Southern California to experience the great service and talent. The facial service and detail is top notch. My brows went from faint to great .
