Hello Taisha! I'm so sorry you weren't able to keep your scheduled appointment. We understand your frustration, but do have our cancelation policies listed on the booking website you have to confirm you read them prior to making your appointment. They aren't in fine print, they are actually listed in bold so customers are aware of the time frame and know the policy. Deposits and being charged full price when you cancel in less than the allotted time is Industry standard. Your service provider isn't able to fill that spot she reserved for your treatment if the appointment isn't canceled or changed in sufficient time, especially when several hours are reserved for you. I hope this makes sense. She offers consultations or can go over everything at a brow wax or tint service to make sure you are certain before you schedule your service. ~Victoria

My experience was with the Brow Artistry and Glow service (service provided within Cream & Coco Skincare). Please do not put down any deposits for any brow services unless you are 100% sure. She WILL NOT honor changes!!! You WILL LOSE your money!!!! Please BEWARE and read the fine print on her IG page about refunds before you book. This also includes changes to your appointments. I lost money and would hate for anyone else to have a similar experience.

My first visit was tonight and it was an amazing experience! Got my eyebrows wax and tinted and scheduled my facial. Bought facial products too! Will definitely be back! You should absolutely pay a visit!

Excellent all natural products for everyone in your family. Products can be used from head to toe. Whether youre looking for soaps, oils, body butters or hair care products. This company has you covered. You can even get toothpaste, deodorant and feminine soap. Shipping is a big problem youll get a tracking number and it will take days before your package actually ships. This is really Becoming a headache for me. Great products not so great shipping. This is especially true if your order a Hot Coco Box those never ship when theyre supposed to. The shipping is the reason I dropped my 5 star review down to 3.
