Poor experience with a teacher. Teachers should be there to protect and guide students not talk down on parents. During the times of Covid it's stressful enough dealing with the new struggles that have arrived. For the school to call me and let me know that my son had a potty accident and not allow me to come into the school to wipe him down is absurd. New clothes were provided but teachers weren't going to wipe down my 5 yr old. When I asked to come in to wipe him down, instead of just putting clean clothes on him, a teacher proceeded to say " there is no bathroom for you" because I am not vaccinated. When was it ever allowed to ask someone there health history? Teachers need to be more aware of how to speak to parents, this behavior is not okay. To discriminate against someone because of their medical preference is not the type of thing I want my 5 year old to learn or follow. To speak to someone with less respect because of their choices is so disrespectful .
