If you're a multi-car family be prepared for one or more of you to have to park on the street. There is not enough parking, compared to tenants. People park in red zones and in front of garages, blocking half the lane at night. Also be aware that the complex is split in two. The section containing the office looks newer and nicer while the other section looks a bit old and broken down.

Long story...the 100% money back guarantee if you are dissatisfied is not real. Also, price gouged in move-out fees and it seems they do all that they can do to give you little to no deposit back. Who likes living with roaches? And, this doesnt seem to be a deal breaker when I asked for them to honor the 100% money back guarantee. Smh.
