I moved out on April 12th, 2018. I was charged $597.00 to move out. 360.00 rent, 71.69, 16.00 electric transfer, 45.00 carpet clean, 105.99 final utilities. I already had my own utility bill. They took my security deposit and claimed I still owed them 15.99. Went to the website to pay and I had to re-enter my acount. I must of made a mistake on a nymber now I owe them 65.00. The apartmen is old and the furnace noisy them if you can too expensive. after a couple of years.

I went online to schedule a tour, and then received a rude phone call from one of the staff. She quoted my a higher price than listed on the website and that there was an $18 per month community fee. Also, she went on about cable tv. Not sure what the relevance cable tv has to do with renting an apartment. Also, when I checked availability for one bedroom apartments, the website said there were 15 available. Not sure why they do not want my business.
First time moving out on my own and I am glad I ended up here. Staff is great and friendly. Maintenance is quick and has completed the work same day as requested every time.

The moving in process was quick and easy! Holly from the leasing office was great at explaining everything I need to know about the property. She was also very responsive for all the questions I had. The apartment itself is a nice cozy space and the area around the property is amazing!

Im my 63 years, Ive bought and sold houses several times and leased condos and apartments a few times, but Ive never experienced such a lack of professionalism and communication between the employees and the leaser. What should have been an easy transition has been extremely stressful. Either the documents dont include something they need or they didnt receive it. And they do not return phone calls. Save yourself some stress and look elsewhere. I wish we had.
