I have LOVED living at Colonial Village in the West End. I owned a very nice home that was in a tough school zone and decided to move for the schools. Holman and Glen Allen are excellent but the facility and neighbors I fell in love with. I made sure to get an apartment with a nice view and never closed my blinds. My son and I loved the pool and the grill, used them ALOT. My dog Misty loved the dogs and the dog park. I asked my neighbors to let me know if they had any problems with noise because my son plays cello, keyboards and guitar, they said they never heard him and I never heard them. It's a quiet neighborhood and people respect each other. Never had any maintenace issues that were not dealt with IMMEDIATELY. I tend towards introversion but never met any neighbors I didn't like and formed some nice friendships along the way. I found the people a nice mix of people from all over the world. The only reason I am moving is to help take of my mother who is getting older. I would recommend Colonial Village in the West End to anyone.

Holly Rodriguez and her team made this the easiest move in. They have super great customer service! I walked in unannounced on a busy Sat and Holly was gracious enough to show me around. The customer service still continues even after I have moved in. I have lived in very pricey apartment communities where they are eager to get you leased up and then the customer service totally drops off. Even though the apartments sit on Broad St, its a very quiet community. My neighbors all seem very quiet. Once I did my walk thru, I had one maintenance request later in the evening and it was done by early the next day! They sent regular fun emails for Earth Day and Pet of the month and about pest control and pressure washing thats going to occur. The apartment is cute and clean. I am lucky to have a fireplace and inset book case so it gives my apartment charm. Also, full size washer and dryer! I am on the 3rd floor and even tho it was horrible moving up those, its actually not bad climb at all- easy stairs. Ive been here only a week but I love it already!

Been here a month now. Leasing office is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance was quick to resolve an issue with the dishwasher. Everything else was in correct working order. They are active on pest control and prevention, which is good. They have a bulk package for Xfinity that you pay for through an $80 fee on your rent, which isn't too bad. You get 300 mbps internet, an HDTV X1 box, and an HD DTA for your bedroom. Pool is open year round, but not heated. Gas grills near pool to use. Tennis court. Business center. Fitness center. Dog park. There's a spot to wash your car. It has a sprayer and a vacuum. The location is extremely convenient.

Eu amo as pessoas que trabalham nesse lugar, são sempre tão gentis, principalmente a Holly que sempre me ajuda em tudo que preciso, inclusive no inglês lol!! O condomínio é excelente, sempre limpo e eles são extremamente ágeis quando temos algum problema! Tudo que precisei fui rapidamente atendida e o problema rapidamente solucionado. Muito obrigada à todos, por tudo! Vocês tem meu coração!
