Called the shop looking for an obscure piece of baking ware. The gentleman I spoke with stated that they did not have the item in stock, offered me sources manufacturers which I could contact. I was able to find what I needed online direct. The shops response to my enquiry went above and beyond, in my opinion. With that kind of customer service, I will definitely shop local with Cookshop Plus (and keep my dollars out of the Amazon empire!!! . . .).

Shop local! Upscale kitchen supplies store. Prices are pretty good, if they are higher than Amazon I didn't notice. Anyways, cute local store that will up your kitchen game.
