Ive been taking my family to Elite Vision for years. They are great with kids and adults alike. I would love to give them 5 stars because the service is truly top notch, as long as you dont mind waiting. It seems that no matter what time dog day I schedule my appointments I always have to wait at least 30 minutes or more to be seen. I wish they would schedule accordingly or hire more staff. As long as you have a while to wait, theres no one better for vision care
Erin, my apologies for the issues with the quotes not being correct and the confusion with previous statements. We attempt to provide quotes that are as accurate as possible, but there are numerous vision plans within each vision insurance company. Once we submit the exact claim with all selected options, we know the exact fees. Unfortunately the ability to estimate these insurance costs has become increasingly difficult. I will have our billing person reach out to you to answer your questions about previous billing statements. Every receipt is itemized and further connected to an exam, so we should be able to answer those questions for you. Thanks for your patience!

Friendly and knowledgeable providers; organized and clean office. The issue I've had twice now is that my quoted price over the phone is not reflected when it is time to pay in office. Each time I've done an out of pocket service I'm quoted a price around $50-100 less than what I end up spending. To add to my frustration....I was just told in 2022 after having multiple visits throughout the years that I had an "outstanding balance" from 2020 that needed to be paid. I don't understand how Elite does its billing but none of my receipts are itemized which makes it difficult to prove I'm being billed multiple times for the same thing.

I went in for my first appointment and really my first eye check in about 14 years. Dr popowski was a delight to work with. He was professional and explained to me what he was doing out of my own curiosity. His staff was kind and helped me to find the best pair of glasses for me. They were kind enough to provide me with all the information I needed in order to purchase my glasses from another place and did not push me to purchase from them which I appreciated. With this being my first time having to wear glasses and purchasing dr popowski and his staff were very patient and understanding of my questions. I will be returning in the future if need be.

You had ordered your glasses and we dispensed them to you in March of 2019, almost three years ago. You had not contacted us since then, so we were not aware of any issues that we could resolve for you. We had not seen you for an exam, but made your glasses based on a prescription you brought to our office. You utilized your insurance benefits and we ordered the glasses through your insurance lab. Thought I finally found an eyeglasses place I liked, but no such luck. Didnt get close to what I ordered and Elite Vision wouldnt do anything to make it right. Guess Im back to searching for a credible glasses company. Why is this industry such a scam? Then the owner responds with zero accountability on the company (see other negative reviews). All they really had to do to make it up to me and have a customer for life is offer free scratch resistance on my next pair, or something. They had ZERO interest in correcting the problem, but instead made it out to be my fault.
