Hi Danielle, as an owner we hate any kind of negative review. I did have a conversation with our team member about this. I want you to know I do pay attention to all reviews. Like most negative reviews, I think this is a misunderstanding. Our sales rep is 66 years of age and worked heavy construction most of his life, he truly doesn't hear well. He was the only one working the lot at the time because we getting close to closing time had another rep leave early. Our business model is to allow the customer space and not be pushy or in their back pocket while they are at our store. I am curious as to why you didn't come to the office if you had questions or wanted to look closer at a vehicle? I was working with a customer but would have been more than happy to get you keys. I am disappointed about the accusation. We work with people from all backgrounds and all walks of life, including employees everyday. Our team members are paid based on overall sales and are more than happy to try to accommodate the client. (This is how they make money). If you are still interested in something we have we would be excited to work with you. I think you'll find the buying experience here much different than a large store. Raciest- we pulled in the parking lot there was a Sales man that was putting a temp plate on a white SUV. He was looking at us. We got out the car. My husband spoke to the salesman how you doing he never once said anything to my husband or myself just finished what he was doing and walked away. We looked at three trucks and not once did he come to see what we were looking for. We just got in our car and left.

I take all of my vehicles to their service department for repairs. I can't say enough good about them. I keep coming back time and time again. Customer service is beyond stellar. Quality repairs, decent prices, excellent customer service, and always have room in their schedule.
