Don't get a horse carriage for your your if Central Park.
Hi Gabriella, I'm John and I'm an owner/operator of one of the carriages in our company and would like to try to help you if you can tell me which company you've booked with -or even if it was a walk up ride. Unfortunately very oftenly our website is getting the park visitors confused for our name being "Central Park Carriage Rides". The people are great they tell you about the park ..we took a 60 min..tour only goes less then half of park ..they have them at top and bottom of park...I did bottom or beginning of park next time doing top ...4 people 135.00 not to bad ..

Unfortunately - DCA announces work suspensions when temperatures reach near 19 or 89 degrees or during severe weather conditions. As soon as DCA lets us know, we reach out to our guests to let them know that the horses are going back to stables and offer a full refund or rescheduling for later same day or any of the following days. Sometimes it could be hours before your ride and sometimes it's just before. Again we are very sorry about your bad experience and hope that you enjoyed the rest of your trip to NYC during the heatwave.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They will cancel on you 10 mins before your scheduled time. Imagine the disappointment of my 5 year old when she wasn't able to do the tour she waited for all day long. Waste of transportation fees to get there. They will act like they are doing you a favor by refunding your money... like they have a choice. Nothing offered for the next day ect. Zero stars would be given if possible. Can't imagine if this had been for a proposal.
