I'm really sorry about the issue Antonio. Unfortunately the digitizing of the art required multiple revisions and one-off embroidered items already take longer than printed ones. We're also at the mercy of the digitizer to reprogram where every stitch will go and that takes a bit of time. But I really am sorry we didn't live up to your expectations and would be happy to do your next one for free. -Dan (Owner)

Got a Shirt lost, then found it but at first instance said that it was not delivered to them. Lead time took longer than expected.
Nathan, our designer, was great! He was very professional in his correspondence with us. He listened to all of our requests and did a great job with the 2 shirts that we asked to be designed. He got back to us right away on any changes needed to the shirts and he always sent "mock-ups" of what we asked to be changed so we could see what it was going to look like. We are very new to the "designing of shirt for the first time for your business", and he walked us through it with ease. We even had a small snafu and he corrected it immediately and took care of us with great care and understanding. I would hands down recommend Acme Prints anytime! They are amazing! The whole crew was very nice and they really understand and embrace the concept of "taking care of the guest". Thanks to everyone there! We will definitely be getting our next round of shirts from them again!!!
We could've said, "we gave you the exact model you asked for" but instead we were friendly and offered to talk more about it. Yet we got a bad review for it. This is the exact email that was sent previous to the review. Hi Erika. This is Dan, I'm the owner at Acme Prints. Before I forget, if you'd prefer to talk in person or on the phone feel free to stop by or call and I'll be more than happy to meet with you. Looking through the email conversation, I'm seeing that the images of the product you were looking for in the first message show the same model of product we provided including the writing on the bottom. As for the hot drinks warning, there's nothing more sensitive about that model of glass than others. All glassware is susceptible to breaking if it changes temperatures quickly, and dishwashers get glasses much hotter than a hot drink does, and that glass is made commercial dishwasher safe (see screenshot below). Manufacturers are just afraid of frivolous lawsuits and try to cover their bases legally in case someone puts a hot drink in a cold glass and it shatters. :] Again, I'm happy to discuss further if you'd like to stop by or anything. Recently I ordered 50 glass mugs through Acme to use in my business. The glasses I received say "not for canning" on one side and "not for hot products" on the other. The salesperson did not tell me about the additional writing on both sides of the mugs. I actually purchased the mugs to use as mugs. You know, for hot products. After emailing back and forth several times with the unhelpful sales associate, requesting to return the mugs in exchange for a refund, the owner emailed me and tells me I basically get what I got. So I wasted $300+ on 50 "mugs" that I can not use. Needless to say I am incredibly disappointed and will not be using their services ever again.
