My husband and I were told that our banner would be ready by today however that never happened. This banner was very important to us as today is our very first pop up event for my husband's bussiness. We didn't even get a call to let us know that our banner wasn't gonna be ready. Very disappointed.

SIGNS FONTANA did not come through as we expected. Their vinyl on the channel letters were too thick and the lighting wouldn't illuminate like it should have. We ended up calling Alfred Signs 3 years later to update and upgrade our signage. SIGNS FONTANA attempted 2 times on replacing the channel letters and still was mediocre. Don't waste your money. I would give them 3 stars
