Awful experience with Laings, my wife needed a new battery in her omega, 30 to send it off, then waited several week to be informed the crown needed replacing and other faults ie the replacement battery was insufficient to power the watch and the new cost Total 400 Alarm bells started to ring as this watch is as new and only worn on special occasions. I sent the watch for independent assessment. The watch is now back with us for the price of a new battery and in perfect working order. None of the work quoted was necessary. So we spent 30 only thank goodness our doubts were fully justified. In fact we are throughly disgusted with Laings.
Bad experience with sales person Miriam Ainslie. Request through her via email to transfer a pre owned Breitling watch . When I saw in person her interpersonal skills were poor. Was dismissive and rude to be honest . Judged me. So I walked out and went into Goldsmith in west quay got amazing service by the manager. And brought a new Breitling there and then. Sorry but she was rude, dismissive and disinterested .

Fantastic service from Southampton store. Andy Andreou is a great guy, we have purchased couple of watches from him including Rolex and I have to say me and my husband had the best experience ever. He spent a long time with us even without having his lunch or anything just so he can provide a first class service to us. We travel from Bournemouth and we wont go anywhere else. Very high class customer care, will definitely recommend them.

I purchased a beautiful Rolex as a surprise birthday present and wedding gift for my future wife She had no idea and her reaction was a picture in itself when I took her to their shop.( on her birthday ) The team in Laings planned it all with her eventually taken to the display cabinet where a birthday card, a bottle of champagne and her watch were in view My enormous thanks to them all especially Fiona who planned it and Andy who completed the surprise I found the staff to be professional, polite and all that I spoke to seemingly happy in their work Laings should be very proud of their staff Thank you for making the day very special. Would I shop here again, of course, without any hesitation is the answer

Absolutely terrible service. Bought 2 engagement rings from the Southampton branch and it took over 4 months to get the ring back from resizing. And now the other ring is not the right size but have stopped responding to my emails about arranging an appointment.
