My partner brought my engagement ring from the Southampton branch and we have received fantastic service having my ring resized. It was able to be done in a time frame so I had it back for an event. Highly recommend all the staff are brilliant and so helpful. Thank you

Absolutely terrible service. Bought 2 engagement rings from the Southampton branch and it took over 4 months to get the ring back from resizing. And now the other ring is not the right size but have stopped responding to my emails about arranging an appointment.

Superb service spent a Saturday morning looking at rings. I am delighted with my choice I'd like to thank Katrina for being so kind and patient.
