Absolutely terrible service. Bought 2 engagement rings from the Southampton branch and it took over 4 months to get the ring back from resizing. And now the other ring is not the right size but have stopped responding to my emails about arranging an appointment.

Superb service spent a Saturday morning looking at rings. I am delighted with my choice I'd like to thank Katrina for being so kind and patient. She is very knowledgeable and I'm sure we went over her time but she never rushed us. Would recommend Laings to anyone looking for a quality ring with quality service. Thank you
