Very disappointed in Sloane's Carpet Secrets lifetime guaranty. I've been trying for a month now to get some carpet re-stretched. They don't answer their phones and don't respond to messages left. I would be very careful when you buy from them if you want follow-up service.

If you are looking for a great deal on carpet (especially for less than 1000 Sq ft) this is the place! The staff was super helpful, not pushy and really easy to work with. I was really impressed with everything from price to install.

I had to get carpet installed in a hurry due to a previous companys carpet installer not showing up. Sloanes came through for me - they had high quality, beautiful carpet options and Kurtis showed up a day early to get the carpet in before our house was cleaned and staged to list. This was for a very small bedroom, so I appreciate that they went out of their way to get the job done even though they werent going to make a ton of money. I was seriously worried we would have to delay listing our house but Sloanes made it happen!

Friendly enough staff. Very limited on products. If you luck out and they have what you wanted would probably work well but we needed more variety to choose from at this point.
