Great experience, start to finish! Adam was awesome during our appointment, listened to our needs and helped guide us in finding the perfect carpet for our TV room. Leon Melroy was the installer, very professional, on-time and had the new carpet installed so quickly! Definitely would recommend and use Sloane's again. Easy, fast, great prices and people.

I really checked out Sloane's thoroughly before going over for a look. Once there, it be VERY apparent that their reputation is as great as it is, because they are all about integrity and doing the right thing. They clearly showed us the imperfections, hiding nothing. When we selected a particular carpet with a lot of issues, they went 3 blocks past the call of duty to make it right when part of the installation needed to be re-done. Sloane's actually told us they would give us a complete refund, period. Or we could select another carpet and could keep what we already had installed until we found something else. We almost went that route until Sloane's asked us if they could send their master installer over for a try, at no additional cost to us, to see if he could make things work. Damon Denham worked his magic and now we have the carpet we loved at first sight and couldn't be happier. We ended up spending less than 1/2 of what other places charge, yet got 5 star service from start to finish. I LOVE this place and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, now that I know the secret. Hate shopping in carpet stores? Do yourself a big favor and go to Sloane's. 2022: We've had our carpet 5 years now and it still looks new! (We use Zero Rez for carpet cleaning, so that helps) After 2 years of being house bound during the pandemic,, having a very sick cat and working from home, our carpet seems imperviousness Get your carpet here, and you'll be happy too .

I live in Hawaii and had to do everything digitally. Rick at Sloane's Carpet was incredibly helpful! He walked me through everything I needed and showing me carpets on a video call! Amazing! Manny, my carpet installer was very professional, quick with his communication and treated me very fairly! It's a little unnerving doing renovations from a distance but If I ever need carpet again in the Denver area, Sloane's Carpet Secret is where I'll shop and Manny is the first person I'd ask to install it! Thanks guys!!!

These guys rock!! 10x better carpet than Home Depot, 1/4 the price and they don't try to work in other charges. Carpet and Pad and you pay the installer, truly could not be happier!
