Very disappointed, never coming back. I recommend that you don't come here. After about 5+ visits (Not exaggerating) to get contact lenses we still haven't reached a satisfactory prescription. Granted the doctor is very nice and they'll make the time to see you as long as it takes. However at the end of the day it is a business and the Doctor does not care about what an optometrist should set out to do, something that should also be done in a more efficient way and timely manner. I was not given my full prescription for eye glasses because the Doctor is aware that one can order eye glasses online given the full prescription. She said to me if you want the PD number you'll have to buy from us. Unacceptable, Unacceptable, Unacceptable. I no longer care to contact or visit this doctor anymore nor even finally get my contact lenses prescription (who knows how many additional visits that will take). The Doctor has my money and they can keep it, I'll find a better doctor and take this as a learning experience. Go to a more professional doctor who is not running a business but rather running a practice. You'll thank me later and It'll have saved you plenty of time!!!
