First of all, the staff was very nice and eager to help! I like the location that the cabin is near the Snake River. I purchased a Mama Bear Cabin which is supposed to house 6 people. But the cabin is not as big as I thought, even for our family of five. The ceiling is too low for two floors. My children had to remember to bend down to go in and out. One child forgot in the morning and bumped her head so hard that she burst into tears. Also, there are no beds for kids, only mattresses on the floor. Kids said it was uncomfortable to sleep on mattresses. The TV was not working. The heater was not working. It was very cold at night without a heater. We had to pay an extra $35 for the cleaning. Later we stayed in Signal Mountain cabin inside the Great Teton. The same price, but that cabin offers two rooms and three beds. The beds are very comfortable. We felt fortunate to stay in Signal Mountain cabin for two nights. There is no extra charge for cleaning.

I can not say enough positive things about Snake River Cabins! I stayed 3 nights in one of their small cabins. Everything was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities on the property are great! The little general store is convenient. I will absolutely stay again if ever back in the area.

We loved the cabin at Snake River. It was the prefect spot one more day before going home from our family vacation. A couple suggestions: find some friendly staff. The staff that I walked into was really not that friendly. They acted like I was not meant to be there. Price was a little high, especially for only one night.

Wonderful place to stay while in Jackson Hole ! Cozy, Clean,Quiet and friendly staff !! Perfect to get out of the hustle and crowds of in Town hotels. We really enjoyed the Honeybear cabin. Will book again in the future !
