I would like to give the doctor a ten star rating. This was my first time here but the doctor is one of the best I've ever seen. This review is based on the assistants . My sole purpose for coming in was to get a valid prescription and PD in order for my job purchase me safety glasses from one of their vendors . I stated this to the associates when I made my appointments. I stated this when I arrived for my appointment and I even showed the paperwork that I would have to turn in for it. I didn't plan on purchasing anything initially but I was so pleased with the doctor I got lenses for a pair of frames I own and I'm more than happy with them. I asked for my PD and prescription when everything was done and they said they don't give out the PD . If they would of told me that I would of went somewhere else that would of given me the info.. I am pleased with the doctor if you are looking for a good doctor she is it, just be very specific with the associates and even then it's questionable.

New to the area I read the reviews though this be good place to establish, its was fair to me I use to My eye doctor Superior services from check in to check out, I dont feel like I was treated the best, Dr lane was great, i should have listen to the RED flag more places call to remind your of your appointment, I asked they couldnt answer that, THE lady who fit you for ur glasses she was so Impatient, little rude as well, my glasses needed cleaned I asked for cleaning cloth, she said unfortunately I dont have any for sale lol I though that was so rude, every question I asked she was answering like I got on her nerves,,, I never experienced nothing like her, then she got an attitude with me because I ask her for the number, you get when you measured your glasses, her body language and how she said it, I said well then I was going to cancel my 300ish ordered!! But I needed my glasses!! When I pick up my glasses!!! Im cancel my next appointment with them and go some place with welcome me !!!!! She is rude to me !!! To Aggressive!! I have insurance and I can pay for what I need !!! I will find a Myeyedoctor in the area .. Dr. Lane thanks for your nicest !!!

Outstanding and professional staff from the moment I walked through the door at Lane Eye Care. Dr. Lane herself was very thorough with the exam and addressing all my questions and concerns. I had to switch Eye doctors, to be closer to home. I will recommend Lane Eye Care to anyone!
