The thing to remember about craft beer cellar is that the beer is fine: they often have big release beers fresh, and they have some oddities. but everyone who works there is the biggest NOVA tool of all time. They think they know a lot more about beer than they do, and they never believe you know anything about beer--unless you are also a NOVA tool. It's worth getting much crappier beer across the street to not have to deal with the folks behind the counter.

We do try to roam the store, making ourselves available in case anyone needs help. I personally try to anticipate the need by watching for quizzical looks or someone juggling lots of beers so I can offer assistance/have them set the beers on the counter, etc, before being asked. Additionally, in an effort to keep everyone safe, weve had to be mask police for the last 1.5 years as people will pull their masks down while shopping. Our intention is to be the right amount of attentive and Im sorry that we crossed into overbearing/suspicion. The next time youre in, please introduce yourself and we can chat further. Never a complaint about the beer. But I get the weirdest vibe from one of the staff, like she's watching me thinking I'm going to steal something, or that I'm homeless just because I carry bags (yall are located near a train station, you know) She always has this really unfriendly vibe to her, sometimes I don't want to come in.

This craft beer store is part of a nationwide chain but they do bring in some solid out of market beers from time to time. They have regular free beer tastings on the weekend as well.
