Raul did such an amazing job cleaning up our bedroom! He arrived the day I called to evaluate the situation with our carpet, and they scheduled to clean everything up very quickly. I was pleased with the work they completed and the level of promptness and professionalism they displayed. I highly recommend ServPro.

ServPro Northeast Fort Worth was onsite last Tuesday within a couple of hours of our flood. They came with a team of 5 Dylan, Ethan, Dakota, Jeff and Vinny. I'm sending out a special THANK YOU to each of them. Not only were they respectful, empathetic, professional, QUICK and Strong I never heard a foul word, a negative moan or groan or anything except positive about life and work. This TEAM was an Incredible example of their company and I claim blessings over all of them in life and career. I want the owner local and national to know these guys represented showed up and showed out; you should be proud of them. They worked long and hard hours at our home for several days and by the time the job was complete I felt like I had 5 new family members.

This group was excellent to work with. After reading plenty of negative reviews, I was very skeptical of utilizing Servpro. The initial discussions I presented them with my concerns and issues. They were very understanding and under the agreement that nothing would begin or move forward until my insurance approved. Servpro understood and even recommended a 3-way call with insurance. During the mitigation process my insurance sent out a second adjuster. It took the insurance 2 months from completion date to approve Servpro's billing. Servpro never once complained or raised the concern of rushing payment status.
