Called the sales department today at Bluff City about InControl App that was attached to the previous owner of my Range Rover Evoque. I asked for help with this matter. Only to be treated with disrespect. Ive had my Rover serviced at this location prior to the call. The sales woman started asking was it purchased from their dealership. I explained I didnt want another individual having access to my information and I could provide all LEGAL DOCUMENTATION for PROOF of ownership. Also, they have my information due to service already but I was willing to email all required information to get the previous owner off of the InControl App access. She kept asking me was it purchased from a person or dealership? Irrelevant. I was told I could come into the dealership ONLY THEN THEY WOULD HELP. Then I explained I live in a different state. Her reply well you can go to one in your state. How was this issue solved I called Land Rover directly and within 5 minutes the previous owner was disabled and I have control of my Evoque! So, to be fair my overall experience with Bluff City was absolutely without a doubt, far from professional or even pleasant. I was looking into purchasing a new Rover but after this it will NOT be from this location. Range Rover USA WAS HELPFUL, WILLING TO LISTEN, & disabled a previous owner within MINUTES of having access to my Evoque. So thank you Bluff City for your terrible customer SUPPORT!

My 5 yr old Range Rover sport with barely 90k miles apparently overheated and blew the motor with no warning signals . Quote $30k replace motor And the car is maybe worth $28k working.. no trade in allowance etc. Why wasnt there a recall on something so serious? Im told by several that this is a very big problem with overheating and blowing motor. Said they see at least 1 a wk. I have never heard of a 5 yr old car doing this. Im use to getting 200k miles on a car. This is the only new car I have ever owned . What a life lesson . Stay Away from Range Rover

My experience there was awesome . I was greeted at the door by a nice gentleman. I was looking for Calvin in the service dept. He was awesome he help me with all my needs concern my vehicle.

My husband was just told by the dealership that they do not sell cars to out of state customers? I see several reviews of people buying from this dealership from out of state. I am very disappointed about this
