These guys ROCK! They are true solar professionals who know this stuff inside and out. I would highly recommend them especially if you go with a battery backup system which gets much more complicated. I went with an Enphase 19kw system with 20KW of Enphase batteries. The Straightup Solar team made it all happen without any issues. Their service team is top notch especially Tom the service manager and Chuck one of their product experts. Thanks guys. I look forward to working with you in the future on expansions of our system also.

We just had our solar array installed by Straight Up Solar. Could NOT be happier with the project. From start to finish - and beyond - customer service has been stellar. I'm NOT used to that these days!!! Installation team was just great, professional and personable. Always willing to stop and answer any questions. Drew and Conner have been so very helpful. No one was pushy or tried to get me to purchase things I wasn't interested in. I'm so happy I chose to go with this company. Do yourself a favor and give them a call, you won't regret it.

We had our panels installed almost 2 years ago and LOVE them. We got bids from several companies and StraightUp was by far the lowest, and our electric bills are now rarely over $10/month. The installation was seamless - they took care of everything. My kids and I love seeing how much energy our panels are producing in real-time and also knowing we are helping the Earth! Highly recommend!

We were referred to Drew Mueller with StraightUp Solar from a professional colleague of his. I sent Drew a few photos of our home and electric panel along with our recent Ameren bills. We scheduled a Zoom call to review our proposal based on our existing electric usage. The video call was very low pressure and casual. We got a lot of information about the company and a breakdown of the costs to have the solar panels installed in an easy to navigate PDF. We reviewed financing options and the estimated amounts of the refunds we would receive from Ameren, the federal government on our taxes, and from the local Grow Solar St. Louis program. We completed a virtual call with MREA for the Grow Solar St. Louis program. Each year, based on the number of people that sign up for solar in the St. Louis area, a portion of our price comes back to us, starting at about .5% increasing with each person added. It was a great program and video to watch as it answered some of our questions about the process in a little more depth. We were provided log in information for the Bodhi assistant. It was an easy way to check on the status of the permits, ordering of materials, and install. We were also able to communicate directly with Charles the lead project manager. On the day of install, it was raining, so the team spent time inside adding another electric panel in the basement and otherwise upgrading the electricity. The next day, the team came back and completed the roof work. Altogether, it took less than 8 hours for the team to complete the install. The on-site crew leader had a checklist to review with us to make sure everything was completed properly and all our questions were addressed. Ameren installed our new meter in a mater of days and we were able to turn on the unit. Ever since, we have access to the Enlighten app to check on our solar production hourly/daily and compare it to prior days/weeks. Our first bill was only $12! I can't wait to see how much money we can save, while also doing something for the environment.
