I cannot rave enough about Ashley. I had the most comfortable, informative, comprehensive, efficient application experience with her. She made it easy to move from one county to another, so comfortable that I rented the apartment sight unseen (which is NOT something I would do), but every question was answered, lots of pictures sent, and everything was just clear. This is a great little community of residents with an unmistakable local energy and vibe. The pictures don't really do it justice. No wonder their apartments are rarely available! DO check it out!!

Great place to live in East Village. Basic Pizza will be a second home down below. Staff including Alicia, Ashley, John and Francisco at Urbana are awesome and always willing to help.

Couldn't ask for a better place to live! Urbana truly feels like home. The staff all go above and beyond to create a real community - from knowing every resident (and pup), hosting fun events for everyone to get to know each other, and providing awesome perks, too! For those looking to enjoy the excitement of living downtown, but also want a sense of a neighborhood community, Urbana and East Village is the best place to be!
