Jeffrey. Sorry you had a bad experience. The line outside was due to the timing of when you came to the store. We always recommend not waiting until the week before school or even the day before school to come get uniforms. if you come early to mid August it is much less crowded and usually never a wait. We also have all styles and sizes in stock as well for a better shopping experience... as it gets to the few days before school it is not common to run out of certain items/sizes. All staff was working as hard as we could this whole season. It was especially difficult this year to plan for this as there were two grades of students going back for the first time as well as supply chain shortages (as there currently are with all industries) due to the pandemic.. on top of that the effects of hurricane last week did not make it any easier. It is just as it gets closer to school there is a very high demand for uniforms. We do our best to please all customers weather they are calling in, or coming into the store. We hope to see you again and hope you have a better experience.

Total mess, had to wait over an hour outside only to go inside and wait some more because they didnt have any type of order. Everything was overpriced and they didnt have any sizes available. As far as customer service is concerned one person is collecting payments, taking orders over the phone, and letting people in and out of the store, will never go there again. If I could give them zero stars I would
