Unfortunately, I had placed an order for t-shirts online through Colella's. I was very displeased when 2 weeks went by without a word. I had to stop by the store to be told they lost the order and would get started on it. Waited another week for nothing, had to go into the store again to be told "they can't do it". They didn't offer me any solutions or anything for my wasted time and money.
