I was new to CrossFit and in my second trimester when I started at Crossfit611. They have been nothing short of amazing this entire time. All of the coaching staff have been so helpful in teaching modifications so that I am able to continue working out safely through my pregnancy. I genuinely love coming to class.

This is the community I was looking for when I moved back to the area. No lie, a big consideration on the exact location I chose to live was based on distance to the gym I enjoyed the most. Jon was very knowledgeable during the intro brief, understood what I was looking for in a box and clearly explained how CrossFit 611 could help me achieve my goals. The owners Shawn and Becky were especially warm and inviting during the first class, in which they were also participating. All the coaches are encouraging and safety minded during class. Last but not least, all the other members have made it a fun place to be.

CrossFit has always intimidated me. Ive always feared that this style of gym would be sink or swim, but that has not been my experience at CrossFit611 at all. All of the coaches are enthusiastic about helping people of all experience levels. The community they have built is amazing. I cant recommend them enough.

Second trip to the Southern Pines area. Second drop-in at 611. Great community. Great workouts. Coaches and members alike are very welcoming and helpful. Definitely will drop in again when we come back to NC.

CrossFit sounds intimidating for someone who knows very little about strength training. I took one on one classes with Becky who broke down proper technique as well as shadowed me on my first group classes to ensure I was comfortable as well as safe . Over the past few months , Ive experienced new friendships , a great support system , coaches who help, assist and encourage as well as toned AF arms . Long gone are my bingo arms and who knew that would be on my bucket list of things that I wanted to remove :) . I look forward to going to my second home to destress, push myself and introduce myself to new moves and techniques. I also started using the inbody machine and have been tracking my progress which has completely blindsided my expectations. I cant thank you enough for welcoming me to the 611 family !
