It appeared to me as though the owner, Carolyn did not understand "complementary colors." Not only was the color scheme hideous, the information was INCORRECT AND LISTED OUT OF ORDER as well. The owner insisted on being paid for a "rough draft" of an obituary that was incorrect and not going to be utilized. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME! Signed, A time of grief

I HAD AN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH GREAT IMPRESSIONS, THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL, HAD MUTIPLE CORRECTION AS I HAD WRITTEN OUT MY FATHERS OBITUARIES AS CLEAR AS DAY AND THEY FORGOT TO ADD HIS ONLY LIVING SISTER, I PREPAID $440,AND WAS QUOTED AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $150 TO ADD MY AUNT ,WHICH WAS RIDICULOUS, PAID ONLY AN ADDITIONAL $75 ,WHICH IN MY OPINION I SHOULDN'T HAVE PAID ANOTHER DIME...No EMPATHY OR APOLOGY RECEIVED FROM OWNER CAROLYN

My experiences with Great Impressions have been absolutely great! The staff and the office has a very creative flair. They have helped me with an array of printing needs. They are patient, kind and very helpful with making decisions on creating projects for lasting memories. From my son's graduation to business cards and supplies for me to the memorialization of my late mother. This business proves to be a gem in the community and should be patronized because they serve with true care for their customers and aim to please by any means necessary!

Carolyn and her team at Great Impressions crushed it! We had a tight deadline and a lot of work to be done. I'm glad everyone else received decent service because I received HORRIBLE service. I received a draft cover page for my deceased sister OBITUARY from Carolyn which looked totally amateur! I canceled my order & Carolyn claimed they spent 2 hours putting the information together for this & charged me $160. Wow! What a joke! So in our time of grief Carolyn took advantage of the situation! Heartless! Don't go there!
