UPDATE: After using this service for 3 years, I am changing my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. Those 3 stars are for the convenience of shipping, but do yourself a favor and find a new provider. Every single time I need to get in contact with customer service it takes days to get a comprehensive response from the text message service and even then, half of the responses are automated and do not help. When you call into the customer service half the time you may be able to get someone to answer the phone and be helpful. Great concept but you all need dire help in your customer service department and I will no longer be suggesting this service to my friends and family. Absolutely love The Pill Club! They made getting back on birth control easy and seamless. The convenience of always receiving your BC to your doorstep without having to remember or worry is not something I want to live without again!

They do not respond to texts like they claim; nor do they work with you on what is prescribed, they just have a NP prescribe something. They picked the highest tier for my birth control and it wasnt the same as my old one which is covered and normally I dont have a copay. I checked with my insurance to confirm. In order to cancel my account, I have to wait 3-7 days for a response. I do not recommend.

I would absolutely recommend The Pill Club to anyone whos looking for birth control. Its easy to sign up for, very fair priced, and has fast shipping. If theres an issue, its very easy to resolve and theyre always super helpful with any questions you have. The goodies that come with an order are also a nice bonus haha
