When this place was just The Pill Club and not Favor they were great. As soon as they changed ownership they consistently lost my health insurance information, stopped answering texts/emails, and stopped sending me birth control. Multiple instances I was left without birth control with no recourse. Sometimes they would send my BC super late due to multiple mistakes on their end, leaving me with a messed up cycle. Incredibly inefficient due to change of ownership and run by incompetent, uncaring people. Customer service is abhorrent and nobody communicates with each other. I switched to Nurxsame service, way better. EDIT: Wow, I love how they can respond to a bad review in 7 hours but can't respond to my requests for help with my birth control for an entire week. Shows you where their priorities are.

I like it so much, its my first time trying the pill club and I liked everything about this company, but I didnt received any sweet treat and Im so sad for that , I was so excited, I hope next time they include it

Fast, easy, cheap! But hate the statement stickers. Not all women have the same mindset when it comes things of that nature.

Ive enjoyed the pill club because Ive been able to order my birth control right to my door. I had my new supply sent to me to my new address over the Christmas break and I thought I would be home to get it from the mail but weather put us back one more day so my pills were sitting in the cold mail box for over 24 hours. I got ahold of them when I still had usable pills from my last pack and was told they should be replaced as to not risk pregnancy. I have to pay for another pack which is fine but its now been 3 weeks Ive been off the pill. I work Monday-Friday and have such a busy schedule. Pill club is closed when I get off. I have messaged and said I need a new pack several times. I just get a pharmacist will be in contact with you shortly no response. Cut to when I text them today and Im told that its in review to approve a new package to be sent to me. 3 weeks after I initially contacted them. And I was never told before that it was in review. Just that they would recommend replacing it and that Id need to pay for a new pack. I understand there are things that put you guys back especially with medical things and birth control but when you have women on a pill that effects their hormones its a little more important to either let them know or fix the issue asap as stopping birth control so suddenly really messes with some of our bodies. I knew Id be late to take my next active pill as I was needing a replacement sent but its now 3 weeks later. Its things like this that make going to a doctor to get my birth control just seem a lot less of a hassle at this point as my issue would have been solved weeks before. Now Im dealing with side effects coming off of birth control.
