I was at their store trying out the Boots, staff were very friendly and helpful, since I was doing a bit of shopping so I didn't buy in store, instead i ordered online. Order was placed Friday afternoon, boots already with me Monday morning , what a wonderful service,. They even have a handwritten note thanking me for my order, wishing me enjoy the new boots. Love the store and online shop, love the personal touch and love my boots, thanks for stocking them!
