From MY PERSONAL experience I did not enjoy my time spent with this company. Other reviewers bragged about the great communication and stellar service. I personally didnt receive either. Unfortunately no changes were made to my credit profile after 4 months and no incorrect items were removed or updated. The website states you will receive your money back if nothing is removed, I havent received a refund. Others stated they have benefited from this service I guess I was the 1 percent. If you do decide to proceed I wish you well.
