Horrible customer service! I went in to get a repair done that I was told was under my warranty, that someone inspected and APPROVED, only to be told when I came in it wasn't and that the cost would be a couple thousand dollars. The service manager JOE DISS sent the service associate that was working with me back and forth to relay the message. When asked to speak to him directly I was made to wait while he did his rounds around the office (I watched him) then he came to "fetch" me. When I was sitting in HIS office I was told that a LICENSED SERVICE person that approved my warranty coverage made a MISTAKE?! I asked how that happens and there was no answer, "he wishes he could do something in the future" for me..? I asked how that would of occurred- I would of shown up to the service center to get my repairs fixed thinking my warranty covered it when they have already decided that it wouldn't and be responsible for my charges?!! He assured me that wouldn't of happened because they would of "stopped the process when they figured it out." I'm sorry, but BMW I expected so much better. I will not recommend and your name is now tarnished to me.

Went in for a simple oil change for my 2021 BMW 330ix on New Year's Eve. When they brought the car out after service, I immediately noticed a big dent on the front fender near the headlights. Fingerprints, mysterious marks, and oily residue were also found around the dent (see the pictures). I talked to a service advisor about the dent. She gave me her card, with a note on the card confirming there was a lot damage on the front fender, and said they would take care of the dent and detail the car the following week. Since the service center was about to close and everyone was trying to leave for New Year's celebration, I left quietly but I'm very very upset. BWM of Silver Spring, this was my first service appointment since I bought the car from you guys a year ago. Very disappointed about this experience, to say the least. I'll update this review based how you guys address the issue. Update (January 2022): They repaired the dent. I think the whole process could be a little more seamless (e.g., took a few trips to the dealer) but they took care of the issue.

Never been lied to so badly! Pre Owned Manager lied to me on why a car price increased on a Honda. I was told that the vehicle needed a new tire. The car only had 5.600 miles. I was also told that dealers pay way more for state inspection than individuals do. I hate being lied to! Would not recommend this dealership
