Very very nice!! They have so many supplies, ones I never realized I needed! Prices were on the high side, so I know which supplies I can pay less for at other Art/Cake/Hobbie stores. The staff/owner/manager were so very nice and there to assist if needed. I will definitely return for more baking supplies.

I was super excited about moving to a new area with my cake business and finding a cake supplies store, but when I spoke to the owner about setting up a business account to buy all my supplies from her, she said that she couldn't for the small business owners, just for the brick and mortars. I wanted to give her store all my business, too bad she wasn't willing to support other local small businesses.
Awesome store! Lots of supplies for pretty much any baking necessity you may need. The staff was very knowledgeable in explaining the products they carried and items I was interested in, definitely recommend if you're a baker!
Thank you for your feedback and clearly acknowledging this was a shipping delay issue with USPS. I certainly would prefer you take your frustrations out on the appropriate business, but I do understand your frustration nonetheless. I would like to address the repeated no response insinuation - you make it sound as if we failed to return numerous calls and emails, which I disagree. I personally spoke with you two weeks ago and stated then that it could be returned and we would refund your money if it didnt arrive on time for the party. As for emails - we do not have any emails from you (perhaps they were sent to the wrong email address?). As for your recent call, we did apologize for the delay when returning this phone call as there was a problem with our voice mail system and we just rcd the message today. As stated on the phone both times (and you acknowledge this in your review as well), you are absolutely welcome to return the item, and we will issue a refund as soon as it arrives. Considering that policy is the same as every other retail store that I know of, I am truly at a loss of what you feel is criminal about that policy.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. Placed an online order on July 2. Still not received AD OF TODAY, August 10th. It sat in the Michigan post office until just a few days again and now, MORE THAN A MONTH LATER, has made it to Elk Grove Illinois. Im in Massachusetts. Oh and my credit card was promptly charged for $25! Ive called and emailed and called again asking for a refund. Today they called finally to say no refund, I have to return the package to get the refund. This is not customer service in any paradigm - failing to respond to emails for two weeks and my phone call for a week while they took my money and didnt send my order. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE bordering on criminal. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS. THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT BE BOTHERED BY YOUR NOT GETTING YOUR ORDER. What a disappointment. Update on August 18. Still no merchandise. And, I dont consider waiting two weeks for a phone call to be returned and one week for an email to be responded to as good Customer service. Beware those that blame a third party for their failures. Not a good business model.
