I researched all over Chicago for family reunion t-shirts and they offered the best rate and quality of them all. But most importantly they had great customer service and was fast and prompt with my order. I sent them a picture of what i was looking for on my shirts and they dupulicated it great. I would recommend them to any and all future customers.

I took extra time to figure out what happend with your ordering experience. During the week of Jun 9, 2016, we were going under heavy phone upgrades, maintenance, & improvements. This caused a temporary loss of call history that I can assure you has been permanently fixed (just look at our reviews!). As for cancelling your order and initiating a refund, we wanted to correct the issue and didn't want to let you leave with an unhappy experience. You must have confused this for refusing to refund. Orbit Imprints does not offer, deal, or work with contracts so I'm sorry that you were under the impression that there was some type of contract involved. If I could give it negative stars I would. This is the worst place to go and get shirts made. I ordered shirts for the opening of my business over a month ago with a $100 deposit and the estimated time to get my shirts design was three days. It's been over a month and still nothing. I called after the three days and the guy said he would call me back. The guy never called back and then I would call back a different day and no answer. After calling over 100 times I went to the business and demanded I get my money back. They refused of course but after threatening to sue due to having a contract I was granted my $100 deposit back. Worst company I have ever dealt with, with absolutely no customer service. Save yourself the hassle and take your business somewhere else! The better business bureaul needs to shut them down.
