Sensaphone alarm dialers are the easiest to install, and most intuitive to program and operate that I have ever worked with. Because of this, I have standardized on them, and have been installing them for over 25 years. They also have clearly understandable voice prompts, and can be customized with your own voice titles for specific alarm inputs. Many of the models can also send alarms to text and e-mail destinations, via an internet or cellular connection. Their more advanced units also have datalogging functions. Other dialer products that I have encountered out in the field are typically difficult to program and use, and usually require a copy of the instruction manual in order to do so. This can make it frustrating for the end-user to operate, which often results in missed alarms and/or service call-backs. I would recommend Sensaphone as the only alarm dialer product you should consider using.
