It looks like I'm not the only person who posted about Hi Tech's lack of professionalism, accountability and several failed attempts at diagnosing an appliance problem. Its a shame to write a poor review, however, Id hate for anyone else to waste their time and money. Not only did the tech fail to appropriately assess the problem the first time they came out, the repair person angrily exploded the second time they came out because they felt inconvenienced and had other customers waiting even though 1) it was their manager who scheduled them to come out to fix the problem they had failed to fix before and 2) they showed up 20 minutes before the end of the two hour window. Afterwards, the manager (or assistant manager) profusely apologized over the phone stating they wanted to make it right so they scheduled for a third time a week later butno one never showed up! No call, no show. I had also received a call from someone a day before the second appointment asking me abruptly Why are we sending someone out again and whats the problem?. I had assumed they had taken notes - and as Im not a tech appliance myself (obviously) - and I was taken aback at this question since this wasnt the first time they had attempted to diagnose the issue. It has now been over a month of failing to fix what they were hired and paid for. It is also my understanding that the angry and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the tech who exploded in my home is something that other customers have complained about for which Im astonished this person is still employed. I hope HiTech takes these concerns to heart and makes some drastic changes. At this time, I cannot recommend Hi Tech to anyone in my community.

Hi-Tech Appliance was very kind not to charge for the visit to the site to figure out the problem. The appliance was only 2-3 years old and the part is not longer made or available. The service was prompt. I have used them in the past and highly recommend their service.

He was great. Gave me good tips on maintaining dishwasher.
Technician attempted to fix problem but after 3 visits and multiple payments, including parts replacements, problem still occurs and we have ordered new washer and dryer. Multiple months of washer not working correctly, inability to fix problem, and cost every visit has convinced us to move on and never by Maytag appliances again. Problem has been posted on web and many others have had the same experience with Maytag washer.
