Really bad. Ordered an item that was in stock on their website. Received a voicemail that the item was out of stock and I should contact them for a replacement or refund. Called and spoke with a person who was able to locate a similar item & I agreed to the replacement. Not only was the item never received (Christmas present for a child) we received an email that the order was cancelled. No refund has yet to been received. Will update post accordingly with outcome.
Drove here with the purpose of surprising my gf with a Valentine's Day mask and surprisingly had a situation with the front end women and the owner that turned into profiling. I used the door bell and knocked and the front end women literally was sitting up front and wouldn't not open the door. The sign said open and I called but no answer. 10 minutes later I get a call from the owner informing me that the front lady identified me as the belligerent customer from yesterday described as a black man in a blue coat and I'm banned from his store. Really???? Note this was my 1st time ever visiting this store. To the owner: you are responsible for your employees and what was done is called profiling. You as the owner did not verify (ie checking the security camera which you admitted) prior to making the accusation and banning an innocent bystander. I totally understand your intent was to protect your employees but Your tact and the way you handled this situation was improper and incorrect. Profiling is a very serious issue and if you or your employees make an accusation like this in the future, please train them on how to verify or validate to make sure they are not impacting innocent bystander/customers.
